I parametri che portano alla vittoria sono la quali- tà del progetto, la valutazione delle scelte tecniche e la loro validazione, le innovazioni proposte e la gestione dei costi; inoltre, le moto si schierano e gareggiano sul circuito per dimostrare l’affidabili- tà e le performance reali del progetto presentato da ogni Università. UNIBS MOTOSPORT UniBS MOTOSPORT nasce alla fine del 2013 da un piccolo gruppo di studenti del Dipartimento di IngegneriaMeccanica e Industriale dell’Università degli Studi di Brescia che, grazie all’appoggio dei professori referenti del curriculumspecialistico in Autoveicoli, decide di fondare il teamper parteci- pare agli eventi di Formula Student. Dopo un paio di progetti nel settore 4 ruote, con la realizzazione di una vettura di Formula Student chiamata Brixia 1 (poi perfezionata come Brixia 2) e la partecipa- zione ai Trofei Formula SAE in Italia e in Austria, il team inaugura la divisione Moto Student che prevede la progettazione e la realizzazione di una motocicletta di impostazione pre-Moto3 per par- tecipare a una competizione che si svolgerà ad Aragon (Spagna) nell’autunno del 2016. NASCE LAMOTO“BRX250PASSOCORTO” Vengono vagliate numerose proposte, si disegna- no i primi pezzi in 3D con il CAD e analizzati i FEM e i CFD per provare a pensare alle soluzioni mi- gliori e dare il via a qualcosa che prima era solo un sogno. Quando la fase progettuale giunge alla sua conclusione, inizia la nuova sfida: la costruzione e l’assemblaggio. Quando gli studenti del team hanno presentato in azienda il progetto BRX250 ci siamo entusiasmati ed abbia- mo accettato di impegnarci in prima persona. Questo atteggiamento è stato da sprone per i ragazzi, che sicuramente sapranno ottenere risul- tati importanti e lavorare con grande impegno per arrivare alla competizione sicuri di ben figurare. CAMPIONATO MOTOSTUDENT GIVI TITLE SPONSOR DI UNIBS MOTOSPORT Motostudent è una competizione motociclistica tra Università di tutto il mondo, organizzata da MEF e DORNA, nella quale si incontrano e sfidano 50 team composti esclusivamente da studenti. Ad accoglierli sarà in autunno il circuito spagnolo di ARAGON. Il team italiano UniBs Motosport parteciperà al contest supportato da GIVI. UniBS MOTOSPORT Uni BSMOTOSPORTwas born at the end of 2013 from asmallgroupofstudentsofthedepartmentofMechanical and Industrial Engineering of theUniversity of Brescia who, thanks to the help of the professors of the Automotive specialised curriculum, decided to found a team to take part in the Formula Student events. After a couple of projects in the 4-wheel sector, with the creation of a Formula Student vehicle called Brixia 1 (then perfectioned intoBrixia 2) and the participation to Formula SAETrophies in Italy andAustria, the team launches theMoto Student department, for the design and manufacturing of a motorcycle with a pre-Moto3 set-up to participate in a competition which will take place in Aragon (Spain), in Autumn 2016. THE ‘BRX250SHORTWHEELBASE’ COMESTOLIFE After examining numerous proposals, they designed the first parts in 3D CAD and analysed the FEM and CDF to try and find the best solutions to begin the construction of something that first was just a dream. When the design stage reaches its conclusion, a new challenge starts: building and assembly.
