Dopo il doveroso incontro con la stampa locale e quella nazionale specializzata, che ha previsto anche interviste “one to one” con piloti e team manager, il gruppo si è trasferito al negozio G. Visenzi Motomarket di Brescia, per l’incontro con i tifosi che hanno affollato gli spazi per le foto e gli autografi di rito… ai quali nessuno dei 4 riders si è sottratto. Grande il calore dimostrato dai presenti, in particolare per Alex Rins, per la prima volta in visita in GIVI, che ha già dimostrato, passando da Suzuki a Honda, la sua stoffa di fuoriclasse con la vittoria del Gran Premio di Austin. Visenzi Motomarket in Brescia to meet the fans who had flocked there in great numbers for the all-important photos and autographs, which all four riders were happy to provide. The audience gave them a warm reception, particularly first-time visitor to GIVI Alex Rins, who switched from Suzuki to Honda and has already shown himself to be a true champion with his Grand Prix victory in Austin. Cecchinello announced: “We are delighted to be taking part in this traditional annual gathering, marking the Mugello GP, giving us the chance to talk to the press, meet our fans in Brescia and fly the GIVI colours. The collaboration between GIVI as a sponsor and the LCR Honda Team goes back a long way, with a real family spirit emerging over time to hold us together. My team in its current form started life in 1998, but I was involved with the brand as a rider as early as 1994. To date, the team has taken 100 podiums and has achieved victories in all the categories it’s competed in: 125, 250, MotoGP and MotoE, always with the GIVI brand”. Motosport is in the very DNA of Giuseppe Visenzi, head of GIVI, who was a professional rider in his youth: a career which culminated in a 3rd place finish in the 350cc Motorcycle World Championship in 1969. There was also a warm welcome in Flero for the two riders in the MotoE electric motorcycle championship, which has eight events in 2023, each consisting of two races. Il team di Cecchinello ha già dimostrato di essere molto competitivo e quindi punta in alto con Eric Granado e Miquel Pons (rispettivamente 2° e 5° nella classifica piloti del campionato 2022).
